The user can see their history, permit applications and ongoing permits as well as saving their payment options and other personal preferences.
The portal also allows the user to renew or move their permit temporarily or permanently between cars, for example when their car is at maintenance or has been sold. If there are any questions the end user can easily communicate with the operator and get notifications if something happens in their account as well as reminders when their permit is about to expire, notifications can also be sent by e-mail or sms. The portal can be set up as an lobby version on a tablet in the reception or other public environment for users to easily issue either free permits or paid.
