Under or unused parking bays in car parks or on-street, and redundant wall space outside buildings are both ideal locations to site locker hubs. Locker operators fully-fund or heavily subsidise the installation of locker banks and, in exchange for a rolling contract of up to five years, pay an annual rental of between £500 and £1,000 per locker.
