USER FRIENDLY PORTAL

Our web based end user portal features a secure login page, and is very easy to use on any platform. The user can see their history, permit applications and ongoing permits, and their payment options and other personal preferences can be saved for future use.

The portal also allows the user to renew or move their permit temporarily or permanently between vehicles (e.g. when their car is in the shop or has been sold). If there are any questions, the end user can easily communicate with the operator.

Users can receive notifications and reminders about the status of their permit (e.g. expiration notifications) directly in the user interface and by e-mail or text message. The portal can be set up as a lobby version on a tablet in the reception area or other public environment for users to easily issue either free or paid permits.
